Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, faulty, or defective upon arrival.

  • You received the wrong product compared to your order.

  • The product is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Note: Certain items (such as perishable goods or custom-made products) cannot be returned unless they are defective.


2. Return Period

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • After this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.


3. How to Request a Return

  2. Provide your order number, clear photos of the product, and the reason for return.

  3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and provide return instructions.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or faulty product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.


5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.


6. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for the same product or another product, please mention this when requesting a return.
