Refund and Returns Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The product is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Note: Certain items (such as perishable goods or custom-made products) cannot be returned unless they are defective.

After this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
3. How to Request a Return

4. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or faulty product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
6. Exchanges
